We provide all of the accounting services required for a small business to thrive in a difficult economy and we offer very reasonable prices.  We specialize in offering customized reports tailored to the specific needs of our clients. We are Certified in all versions of QuickBooks and will assure our clients that we will install only the version required for their current needs to minimize cost. We will offer for sale all required upgrades and add-ons as your business grows. We will advise our clients of the advantages of Intuit add-on software and services such as Payroll and Merchant Services (ability to accept credit cards and checks electronically). We will provide analysis of our clients current software and accounting practices and recommend improvements only if necessary. We do not pressure our clients to buy unnecessary software or services. Most of our work can be done remotely from our office to avoid unnecessary interruptions of our client's day-to-day operations. Files are exchanged through the Intuit Secure Server Service provided by Intuit to insure client data safety and confidentiality. I can also work directly in your PC from my office through remote hookup.
